C4J is a French technology group, founded and led by Jorge de Azevedo Mendes, in Auvergne. From healthcare to business management, we build software designed to last.
Our story
The adventure began in 1988 with CS3I (IT outsourcing and services). From this service-driven culture, Emed® was born as early as 2002 — a patient-record software still in production today and a market leader in medical records, notably across the clinics of the ELSAN group.
The expertise then extended to “offline-first” mobile applications with SAS Calaosoft, the group’s mobile studio — robust tools built for the field, even without a network connection.
Running our own operations made one thing clear: to manage a company, you juggle a spreadsheet for quotes, one piece of software for invoices, a separate CRM and hours jotted down by hand — hence double entry, errors and no overall view. We decided to build the tool we had been looking for without ever finding it: JORYX, a single ERP, from the very first prospect contact through to accounting export.
C4J is the natural continuation of this story: more than 35 years designing, deploying and nurturing business software. Not just one more project, but the culmination of a genuine expertise.
